Anarky reigns as Oliver takes extreme measures to hunt down Damien Darhk. Felicity is rushed to the hospital while Oliver goes on a rampage through the Ghosts in town in search of Damien Darhk. Oliver is perhaps at his most enraged in the wake of the shooting, so driven by his quest for vengeance that he forgoes seeing Felicity at the hospital to keep on the hunt for Darhk. Luckily, as the others go to visit Felicity, she is revealed to be alive, though not well. He unleashes some hidden firepower on the group as Speedy chases after him.
Oliver managed to drive the limo to safety, but Felicity was badly injured. The latest episode, "Blood Debts", picks up immediately after the attack on Oliver and Felicity. Oliver is desperate. Andy, remember, is pretty much a prisoner of war at this point -- a former Ghost that Team Arrow keeps locked up. When Oliver arrives at the address, he finds a grisly scene: dead Ghosts and an anarchy symbol smeared in blood on the wall. Lonnie Machin Alexander Calvert , a.
When he hits a wall in his search, Oliver pays Quentin a visit at the police station. Even though it almost certainly means Darkh will come after him, Quentin decides to give Oliver the address for the hideout. Darhk is a no-show. Instead, Oliver finds a bunch of dead ghosts, spread across the hive-ish tile like squished bees, with a lone anarchy symbol written in blood: Anarky is back! Thea is understandably nervous to hear that Anarky, a. Lonnie Machin, has returned to Star City.

The episode opens with Oliver Stephen Amell on the warpath against the H. Despite having no idea how to kill or even fight the mystical villain, The Green Arrow seems pretty adamant on finding him after he put his fiancee in the hospital. Unfortunately, it doesn't work, forcing Oliver to make a big move. He visits Captain Lance Paul Blackthorne and asks him to give up the location of the place he meets Darhk, thus blowing his cover and marking him for death. He has apparently returned to Star City and is going after Darhk, who had already vacated the office. Obviously, the house was booby trapped, but the team managed to get a hold of Machin anyway.
Oliver must deal with the devastating consequences of Darhk 's last attack. Seeking revenge, Oliver goes on a brutal manhunt looking for Dahrk. In flashback, Oliver is brought to the leader along with Taiana and he tells Conklin that he could do as he pleased to Oliver. Oliver is then whipped. After being lashed, Oliver's mystical tattoo lit up, causing the leader to stop Conklin. Oliver then grabs the guys gun and aims it at himself. Oliver then asks for Taiana's safety in exchange for him helping the man.

Arrow: Season 4, Episode 10 - "Blood Debts"
So Felicity isn't in the grave, which was obvious to anyone paying attention to dates, and we're still no closer to finding out it's true occupant. Our enjoyment of Blood Debts relied on how much we cared about that cliffhanger, and with the combination of obvious writer trickery to throw us off the scent over the break and an episode that was busy with several non-Felicity plotlines to set up and pay off, it's hard to know how to feel about the outcome. The attack in the mid-season finale has consequences, which is nice, but it's again very unlikely that Felicity will actually remain paralysed for the rest of her time on the show. Sadly, primetime US dramas just aren't there yet but they're free to prove me wrong and I worry that this is just going to serve as an excuse to mess with 'Olicity' and for Oliver to go dark and broody again. The small glimpse we got of the Felicity at the end goes some way to easing my mind on that because, depending on who's actually dead, it appears to be Felicity driving the revenge train in four months time. Again, that's assuming that the writers have even decided on who they're going to kill yet.
