Forgot your password? You use your own deck against Marrowgar, and this guide will help you to choose which deck to play. Due to the Hero Power of Lord Marrowgar, you will have to kill him in one turn. This means you either have to build a very big board of minions, kill him with a combo, or fatigue him for 30 points after running him out of resources. When Marrowgar plays Bone Spike , you have to be prepared to kill it immediately, or take 15 damage.
Lord Marrowgar sets a high bar for player skill, which is why we decided to give you all the information you will need to beat him. This creates a specific set of mechanics for players to deal with during the match. Of all the abilities available to Lord Marrowgar, two stick out as being particularly shocking when players first encounter them -- Skeletal Reconstruction and Bone Spike. Skeletal Reconstruction is Lord Marrowgar's unique hero power and primary defensive mechanic. The ability allows him to restore his health to a full 30 points for free every turn. As a result, players need to be able to deal 30 damage in a single turn to win. There are multiple ways to do this, with one of the easiest being Lord Marrowgar's own Bone Spike card.

See this card on Hearthpwn. Lord Marrowgar is a boss found in the Knights of the Frozen Throne mission. He is the first boss of the mission's Lower Citadel wing. The below classes are listed purely for reference, and have no effect on the boss' use of the cards during the battle. Since this boss can heal back to full HP at no cost, it is not ideal to push for face damage at the start. Instead, focus on building up your side of the board, until you have sufficient damage to kill Lord Marrowgar in a single turn. Lord Marrowgar's most dangerous cards are the Bone Spikes.
