I don't know what I would have done without Zofran. I took it in my first pregnancy and am taking it in this one as well. I suffer from horrible ms. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, ask for the ones that dissolve. I place it under my tounge and then wash it down with some water. Within 15 minutes most if not all the nausea is gone. I am getting further along in my pregnancy and don't have to use it as often which is good.
